WHY GIVING AND RECEIVING FEEDBACK?
Often when we work together, we find ourselves in situations where feedback stays bottled up. If this happens, small irritations grow into real problems. Clear, timely words can keep issues small, and a respectful way of giving and receiving feedback can also improve situations that are already sensitive.
