Whatever I do and whoever I work with: after thinking things through and setting ambitious goals, I like to go into action mode. Sometimes I end up taking on projects that seem a bit out of scope, but to me, that's part of making work interesting and exciting. By broadening your scope and working both in and outside your competence zone, you learn a great deal, and build relevant experience in multiple areas. Have a look here to see the kinds of projects I take on, so you can get a feel: am I someone who could help you move forward? Or are you excited to join?

IMPACT COALITION EINDHOVEN
Eindhoven has plenty of impact-driven entrepreneurs, but no place to connect or learn from each other. Together with the municipality, I’m researching the current ecosystem, learning from best practices, and organizing a big event to bring people together! Interest is growing fast, so I gathered TU/e, Fontys, Microlab, Futureproof and others to join us in what we now call: Impact Coalition Eindhoven.
PERSONAL DEV TRAINER & COACH AT JADS
At Jheronimus Academy for Data Science (JADS), I worked as an interim trainer and coach for international data talent. I delivered trainings such as time management and teamwork, and offered individual coaching focused on personal growth and deeper-lying blockers. This assignment sharpened my coaching approach and strengthened my cultural sensitivity, and once again showed how essential personal development is to shape ourselves as professionals. It was great to be able to work with these amazing youngsters, so much I've become a data enthusiast myself!

WORK FULFILLMENT EXPERT EUROPEAN YOUTH PARLIAMENT
In an online seminar at the European Youth Event 2020, I was invited to share my expertise on work fulfillment. Since COVID hit the world, the question became: how can we still feel energized and fulfilled in a world in which social interaction is brought to a minimum? As hard as an objective that is under the circumstances, I still had the opportunity to share insights on how we still cán connect, meet other people and make use of the situation.
MYFUTURE PANEL MODERATION
At the MyFuture Lunch panel, TU/e invited four alumni to share their career stories. I regularly moderate events, and this boutique session was a great one to guide. As moderator, I like to mix warmth and energy with sharp questions. Keeping things light, but focused. Curious to see if our TU/e alumni will end up in the footsteps of our panelists!
